Work done:
Labour – Remove boom and sail and stow on deck. Remove
gooseneck bracket. Punch out siezed gooseneck pin. Clean
aluminium ready for welding, asisst welding, grind back weld
and re-weld gaps, final grind back and re-shape fitting. Buff
fitting and spray with Nyalic corrosion inhibitor. Make acetal
spacer for under gooseneck swivel. Modify gooseneck pins to
prevent wear from movement. Fit gooseneck bracket back on
mast, fit boom and sail.
Labour – Machine spacers for forestay toggle and fit.
Labour – Mouse out jib halyard, splice new halyard and mouse
into mast.
